Job Description

The Children’s Surgery Center at Lancaster is seeking a PRN CRNA to join a highly respected pediatric-only dental surgery facility. This outpatient center serves exclusively pediatric patients who require dental rehabilitation and related procedures, creating a focused clinical setting ideal for CRNAs who enjoy working with children. The center features three operating rooms and operates with a collaborative 1 MD to 3 CRNAs model, ensuring a balanced workload and consistent provider support throughout the day. This has long been regarded as one of the most enjoyable assignments serviced by the group, thanks to its warm culture, smooth operations, and predictable daily schedules. CRNAs benefit from an 8-hour guaranteed daily rate, even when cases finish early—which happens frequently due to efficient workflows and well-organized case sequencing. Shifts are offered on mutually agreed-upon dates, allowing full flexibility for PRN providers seeking supplemental work or a stable recurring assignment without the burden of call, weekends, or overnight responsibilities. This role is an excellent fit for CRNAs who are comfortable with pediatric patients, prefer predictable outpatient environments, and value a friendly, low-stress clinical atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for pediatric dental rehabilitation procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations tailored to pediatric needs
• Administer and monitor anesthesia in a 3-room outpatient surgery center
• Support safe postoperative recovery for pediatric patients
• Work collaboratively within a 1 MD : 3 CRNA staffing model

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400 per day
• 8-hour daily guarantee

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification
• Comfort working with pediatric patients
• Ability to work within a collaborative care-team setting
