Job Description

Ridgeview Medical Center is hiring full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its established anesthesia team serving Chaska and Waconia, Minnesota. Multiple FTE options are available ranging from 0.7 to 1.0, offering flexibility for both experienced CRNAs and those seeking balanced schedules in a community-focused hospital system.

This W-2 opportunity includes a competitive compensation structure, a generous sign-on bonus, and access to a broad but manageable case mix across hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across hospital and outpatient surgical environments
• Participate in orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, OB, and spine cases
• Deliver safe, efficient anesthesia services in a team-based model
• Support patient care in OR, OB, IR, and endoscopy settings as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $220,000–$280,000
• $30,000 sign-on bonus with one-year commitment for 0.6 FTE and above
• Base salary approximately $273,000 with overtime earning potential
• W-2 employment with full benefits
• Paid holidays for 1.0 FTE call line positions

Schedule & Work Environment

• Two primary practice locations:
• Two Twelve Medical Center (Chaska):
• Orthopedic Institute (6 ORs), Surgery Center (4 ORs), and Endoscopy
• No call, weekends, or holidays required
• 8- and 10-hour shifts
• Ridgeview Medical Center (Waconia):
• 6 ORs, 2 OB ORs, and Interventional Radiology
• 8-, 12-, and optional 24-hour shifts
• 24-hour shifts available through 1.0 FTE call line
• One holiday per year required for 1.0 FTE call line

Case Mix

• Orthopedics (majority of cases)
• General surgery
• Urology and gynecology
• Robotics
• OB and pediatric ENT
• Spine procedures
• No cardiac, vascular, or complex neuro cases

Job Requirements

• Active Minnesota CRNA license or eligibility
• NBCRNA certification
• Comfort working in both hospital and ASC environments
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
