Job Description

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our surgical team in Rochester, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and highly skilled team in a supportive and state-of-the-art environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including OB, Neuro Spine, Dental, ENT, General, Bariatric, and Orthopedics
• Work with a collaborative surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop patient-specific care plans
• Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and adjust care as needed
• Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain management

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $300,000 and $375,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• Sign-on bonus up to $25,000
• Retention bonus up to $50,000
• Loan forgiveness up to $10,000

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification
• Active New York RN and APRN licensure
• Open to new graduates
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
