Job Description
Rush University Medical Center, a top-ranked academic hospital in downtown Chicago, is hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for a wide range of inpatient and outpatient cases
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage recovery
- Function as a faculty member and supervise SRNAs in the nurse anesthesia program
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and interdisciplinary medical teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $250,000 – $350,000

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current Illinois RN and APN licensure
- Active CPR and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical, communication, and teaching skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible shifts available: 8, 10, or 12 hours
- Minimal call requirements, no in-house call
- Paid to carry pager and additional call-in pay when required
- Collaborative team within a nationally ranked academic health system
