Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, Kansas, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for full-time positions offering flexible scheduling, strong autonomy, and exceptional work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, ENT, Cardiac, Neurosurgery, and optional OB.
• Participate in an anesthesia care team model with a high degree of clinical independence.
• Take 1:10 call rotations with pre- and post-call days off.
• Engage in quality care initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered anesthesia team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation up to $320,000 for on-call positions
• Sign-on bonus of $45,000

Schedule & Practice Model

• Full-time, W-2 position
• Call rotation: 1 in 10 nights
