Sleep Dentistry Spokane is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing, private single-office dental anesthesia practice in Spokane, Washington. This position is ideal for CRNAs who value autonomy, meaningful patient care, and an exceptional work-life balance.

The practice is a fully credentialed Dental Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) serving special needs children and adults, as well as patients of all ages who require general anesthesia for dental procedures. CRNAs practice independently without medical direction and are supported by a well-trained team of dental anesthesia assistants.

This role is open to full-time, part-time, or locum coverage, with full-time preferred. Schedules are weekday-only, typically from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ensuring evenings, weekends, and call-free work. The team is expanding and looking to add a third CRNA to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care in an office-based dental ASC
• Deliver general anesthesia for pediatric and adult dental patients
• Care for special needs populations with compassion and clinical expertise
• Collaborate closely with dental providers and anesthesia assistants
• Maintain full responsibility for perioperative patient management

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation range of $240,000–$330,000 based on days worked
• Daily guarantee for full-time, part-time, or locum coverage
• W-2 or 1099 options available

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Washington State CRNA license required
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred (assistance available if needed)
• Ability to practice independently and lead patient care autonomously

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time preferred; part-time and locum options available
• Weekday-only schedule (typically 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Office-based dental anesthesia practice
