Southern Hills Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing anesthesia team. This position offers excellent compensation, no call, no weekends, and a balanced schedule in the Las Vegas area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases
• Work collaboratively within a supportive anesthesia care team model
• Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality anesthesia services in a hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $220,000 – $260,000 (based on experience)
• $40,000 sign-on bonus, with an additional $10,000 if starting within 90 days

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Active Nevada CRNA license (or eligibility)
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule: 80 hours every two weeks
• No call, no weekends, no hospital-observed holidays
• Immediate start date available
• Employment type: W-2
