Job Description
Owensboro Health Regional Hospital is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its hospital-employed anesthesia team in Owensboro, Kentucky. This W-2 position offers flexible scheduling options, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to practice across a broad and diverse case mix within a modern healthcare system. CRNAs are employed directly by Owensboro Health Medical Group and are supported by a collaborative clinical environment that values autonomy and professional growth.
The anesthesia service line supports a wide range of hospital-based cases, including neurosurgery, GI, cardiothoracic surgery, plastic surgery, urology, and healthy pediatric cases. An OB-only position is also available for candidates seeking a focused practice. The department utilizes the Epic EMR system and provides structured schedules consisting of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, allowing providers to tailor their work arrangement to personal and professional preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across inpatient and surgical services
- Perform preoperative assessments and anesthetic planning
- Manage anesthesia delivery and patient monitoring during procedures
- Support post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 hospital-employed position
- No-call option: $250,400 annual compensation (1,760 hours)
- Secondary call option: $287,520 total annual compensation including sign-on bonus (1,680 hours)
- $4,000 annual CME allowance
- Sign-on bonus available
