Job Description

Stillwater Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This full-time position offers complete clinical autonomy in a hospital-employed setting with a strong emphasis on independent practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care independently across a wide variety of surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop patient care plans
• Administer epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
• Manage airway and anesthesia delivery without supervision
• Provide post-anesthesia care and recovery oversight
• Collaborate with surgical teams and perioperative staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $350,000 to $380,000
• Additional call pay up to $30,000 annually
• 35 days of paid time off

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Oklahoma license or ability to obtain
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Comfortable practicing independently in a CRNA-only model
• New graduates welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
• Independent CRNA practice with no medical direction
• Call schedule approximately 1:12 with home call
• Low callback rate with post-call time off typically provided
• Practice across surgery, ambulatory, and women’s health departments
• Case mix includes OB/GYN, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, GI, ENT, and ophthalmology
• No cardiac, thoracic, or high-risk neuro cases
• Supportive team environment with strong collaboration
