Job Description

Summit Spine and Joint Centers (SSJC) is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing team in Douglasville, Georgia. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment with excellent compensation and benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Salary: $250K–$350K+ annually
• 1099 Rate: $150–$200/hr (8-hour guarantee)
• 401k match and heavily subsidized health benefits
• 4 weeks PTO for W2 employees
• Malpractice insurance covered by SSJC

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Georgia state license
• BLS + ACLS certification required
• Previous experience in pain management or other medical fields preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time or part-time options available
• Administer anesthesia (Propofol/Versed/Fentanyl) for surgical patients
• Ensure patient comfort during injection procedures
• Perform initial acute cardio-pulmonary resuscitation in life-threatening situations
• Follow all patient care and management protocols
