Job Description

West Georgia Anesthesia, a hospital-employed group at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton, is seeking two full-time CRNAs to join their established team in Carrollton, Georgia. This position offers a consistent schedule at a single location with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

New graduate starting salary begins at $220,000 with an experienced range up to $260,000, plus a $20,000 start date incentive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a 100% medically directed model
• Administer induction agents
• Place arterial lines as part of routine practice
• Participate in a diverse case mix including regionals, OB, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, pediatrics, orthopedics, gastroenterology, vascular, oral plastics, and general bread-and-butter cases
• Utilize EPIC EMR system

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $220,000 – $260,000
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (2-year commitment)

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification required (or in examination process)
• Georgia state license required
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• No subspecialty fellowship required
• New graduates welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position
• 3 (12-hour) shifts per week plus 1 (8-hour) shift per biweekly pay period (80 hours biweekly)
• No first or second call
• No weekend responsibilities
• Group consists of 12 anesthesiologists, 26 full-time CRNAs, and 6 part-time CRNAs
• 1 anesthesia technician on staff
• 100% medically directed model
