Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $320,000 to $350,000
  • 6 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Loan repayment assistance up to $100,000
  • Retirement plans: 403B, 457, with an additional 15% corporate match
  • Employment options: W-2 (Employee) or 1099 (Independent Contractor)
