Job Description

Jefferson Anesthesiologist Services, PC is seeking two full-time CRNAs to join a cohesive private practice group at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York. This is a W-2 position within a well-established Anesthesia Care Team model, offering excellent compensation, strong physician collaboration, and modern operating facilities.

The group includes 7 anesthesiologists, 11 CRNAs, and 2 anesthesia technicians working in a single-hospital practice environment with a strong culture of collegiality and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a medically directed Anesthesia Care Team model
• Manage a diverse case mix including OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, neuro, and thoracic cases
• Perform lumbar epidurals and spinal anesthesia routinely
• Participate in variable first and second call rotations with guaranteed post-call day off
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and ancillary staff in a modern OR setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $330,000 minimum salary guarantee
• Total compensation package can exceed $450,000
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification required
• Active New York state license required
• Current ACLS and PALS required
• No fellowship required
• New graduates welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 employee position
• Typical non-call day ends at approximately 3:30 PM or earlier with full-day compensation
• Variable first and second call schedule
• Guaranteed post-call day off
• Single-hospital practice setting
• Approximately 201–300 licensed beds with 1,500+ OB deliveries annually
