Job Description

UT Medical Center in Knoxville is seeking full-time CRNAs to join a university-based anesthesia care team within a Level I Trauma Center. This role offers a highly desirable schedule with no call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and guaranteed-out shifts. New 2025–2027 graduates are welcomed, with significant loan forgiveness opportunities, a large sign-on bonus, and optional premium-pay opportunities for those who want additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a university anesthesia care team practice
• Deliver full-scope anesthesia services in a Level I Trauma Center environment
• Perform preoperative assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans
• Manage intraoperative anesthesia and patient monitoring
• Optional voluntary extra work available for additional compensation

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment
• $60,000 sign-on bonus
• $45,000 0% interest student loan available for SRNAs
• Loan forgiveness program for 2025/2026/2027 new graduates
• Guaranteed-out shifts with no call and no weekends
• Premium pay available for voluntary extra work

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Eligible or active CRNA licensure
• NBCRNA certification or eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to meet UT Medical Center credentialing requirements

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time days
• No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
• FIRST call frequency varies (CRNA will not be on call)
• SECOND call frequency varies
• University-based anesthesia care team in a Level I Trauma Center
