Job Description
Pain & Spine Physicians is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an established, high-volume pain management anesthesia practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, no holidays, and no evening hours, making it an excellent long-term lifestyle role.
Practice Overview
This role is focused on office-based anesthesia and chronic pain procedures across multiple outpatient locations. The CRNA will work in a medically directed model alongside an anesthesiologist and is expected to travel between practice sites as needed. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with most days ending by 4:00–4:30 PM.
Clinical Focus
- Chronic pain management (primary focus)
- Office-based anesthesia
- IV anesthesia and IV sedation techniques
- Pre-anesthetic assessment through post-anesthetic follow-up
Schedule & Call
- Monday–Friday only
- No call
- No weekends
- No holidays
- No evening hours
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $240,000 annually
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (1-year commitment)
- 4 weeks paid time off (usable after 90 days)
