Job Description
WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative anesthesia team. This full-time (1.0 FTE) W-2 position offers a balanced lifestyle, strong physician collaboration, and a wide range of surgical cases in a well-respected hospital environment.
CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists in a collegial setting with an emphasis on a multimodal approach to anesthetic management and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Neurosurgery, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, GYN, GI, Bronchoscopy, IR, Cath Lab & EP, Plastics, and Breast Surgery
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Utilize multimodal anesthetic techniques tailored to patient needs
- Demonstrate independence, compassion, and strong clinical decision-making
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $250,000 for new graduates (salary commensurate with experience)
- Signing incentives up to $125,000

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for Pennsylvania state licensure
