Job Description

Wellstar Health System is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for its brand-new Columbia County Hospital in Grovetown, Georgia. This is a rare opportunity to help build a new anesthesia program from the ground up at one of Georgia’s most advanced and thoughtfully designed healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services across a range of cases, including general surgery, emergency procedures, and obstetrics (including cesarean deliveries).
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals in a team-based model of care.
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop individualized anesthesia care plans, and monitor patients throughout procedures.
• Participate in the design and implementation of best practices for a new, state-of-the-art anesthesia department.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold Wellstar’s standards of safety, quality, and compassion.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual compensation between $220,000 and $340,000, depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus opportunities up to $325,000.

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and active Georgia RN and APRN licenses (or eligibility).
• Comfortable with a broad range of anesthesia cases including emergency and obstetric procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to function effectively in both team-based and independent settings.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with daytime and weekend shifts available.
• In-house call rotations with physician anesthesiologists always onsite or on beeper call.
