Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a full range of surgical specialties
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques, including epidurals
• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and develop anesthetic care plans
• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team in a hospital setting
• Participate in optional call coverage if desired

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000 sign-on bonus
• 7 weeks of PTO
• $9,000–$12,000 in annual retirement contributions

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Ability to perform regional anesthesia, including epidurals
• New graduates considered with appropriate clinical background
• Strong communication and team-based care skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time hospital position
• Optional first call
• Post-call days off usually provided
• No second call required
• Case mix includes: general, ortho, urology, ENT, OB/GYN (approx. 1,000 births/year), neuro, thoracic, vascular, and ophthalmology
