Pinnacle Anesthesia Services is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a part-time independent contractor role at Western Wyoming Outpatient Surgery in Lander, Wyoming. This opportunity is ideal for a provider looking for a flexible schedule in a busy ambulatory surgery center with an outpatient-only case mix.

The CRNA will work independently in a physician-owned ASC setting, providing anesthesia services for orthopedic, gynecologic, and ENT procedures. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule without call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques when appropriate
• Provide post-anesthesia monitoring and recovery care
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Wyoming license or eligibility for licensure
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to work independently in an ambulatory surgery center
• Experience with regional anesthesia techniques preferred
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time 1099 contractor position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No call responsibilities
• Outpatient ambulatory surgery center setting
• Primary cases include orthopedics, gynecology, and ENT procedures
• Occasional coverage at other Wyoming facilities may be requested with advance notice
