Job Description

Yale New Haven Health – Northeast Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team in Westerly, Rhode Island. This position offers a $60,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to work within one of the most respected healthcare systems in the Northeast. Candidates may choose full-time, part-time, or per diem employment based on availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and procedural cases in a hospital-based setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and perioperative staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer anesthesia, and oversee post-anesthetic recovery.
• Participate in ongoing education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $60,000 (full-time)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (full-time)
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $20,000 (full-time)
• Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or per diem

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
• Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Active RN and APRN licenses in Connecticut and Rhode Island
• ACLS, DEA, and RI Controlled Substance Registration required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
