Job Description
HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL is seeking full-time CRNAs for a unique, 100% OB anesthesia role offering unmatched work-life balance. This position focuses primarily on high-risk Labor & Delivery care, including epidurals, spinals, general anesthesia for C-sections, and management of obstetric emergencies. Occasional cross-coverage in the main OR may occur for breaks and select general cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for high-risk obstetric patients
- Perform epidural analgesia, spinal anesthesia, and general anesthesia for C-sections
- Respond to obstetric and perinatal emergencies
- Collaborate with a patient-centered, safety-focused clinical team
- Assist with occasional general anesthesia cases as needed

Job Requirements
- CRNA certification
- Eligibility for Florida CRNA licensure
- Ability to work independently in high-acuity obstetric settings
- Strong clinical decision-making and rapid-response skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- 24-hour shifts
- 72 hours per pay period
- Primary location: Labor & Delivery suite
- Occasional general OR coverage
- High-risk Level 1 and Level 3 obstetric facilities
