Fort Payne Anesthesia Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its established anesthesia team at DeKalb Regional Medical Center in Fort Payne, Alabama. Practice Environment

Work alongside six full-time CRNAs, one part-time CRNA, and one anesthesiologist covering four operating rooms plus obstetric services. CRNAs enjoy a high level of autonomy while practicing within a collaborative care model supported by an experienced anesthesiologist who encourages independent clinical decision-making rather than micromanagement.

  • Outpatient surgery
  • Regional anesthesia opportunities
  • Arterial lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and peripheral nerve blocks performed as needed
  • No cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgical, pediatric, chronic pain, or major vascular cases
  • Critically ill and major trauma patients are stabilized and transferred

Candidate Qualifications

  • Current Alabama CRNA license required
  • NBCRNA certification required
  • Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
  • No fellowship required
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
