Job Description

Eastern Shore Anesthesia is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its private practice team at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama. This full-time W-2 position offers an excellent quality of life with no call responsibilities, no weekends, and a stable care team model. Cases are primarily bread-and-butter procedures in a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a medically directed care team model
• Administer anesthesia for bread-and-butter surgical cases
• Assist with orthopedic, OB, thoracic, vascular, pediatric, and outpatient procedures
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Provide safe perioperative patient care throughout all phases of anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of $170,000
• No call responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Current Alabama CRNA license required
