Job Description

$250K; Sign-on; PSLF Eligible; Level 1 Trauma; Malpractice/Tail; Relocation Assistance; Pension Plan; Full Benefits

Performs anesthetic management of patients undergoing surgical procedures to include airway management and assisting in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in collaboration with anesthesiology.

• Prepare and administer anesthetic for patients during procedures
• Monitor patient vitals
• Care for patients before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure operating room is prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies
• Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred: Completion of Masters/Doctoral of Medical Science in Anesthesiology

Licensure:

• Completion of nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
• Active Nurse Anesthetist certification issued by the Arizona Board of Nurse Anesthetists
• Current certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Experience:

• New Graduates are Welcome to Apply!
• Preferred: Two (2) Years of Experience as a CRNA in OB
