Job Description

The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC) is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its well-established academic anesthesiology team. UTMC is a Level II trauma center providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative university setting.

You will work alongside a dedicated care team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs in a supportive academic environment with flexible shift options and no call requirements. This position offers stability, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth within an academic medical center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a team-based academic medical center
• Manage orthopedic anesthesia cases on a regular basis
• Participate in trauma, neuro, and vascular cases as assigned
• Deliver anesthesia for outpatient surgical procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, residents, and healthcare staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting annual salary: $240,000
• W-2 employed position

Job Requirements

• Certified by the NBCRNA or NCCAA (as applicable)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• No first call or second call responsibilities
• Academic Level II trauma center setting
