Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the expanding anesthesia care team at AdventHealth Gordon in Calhoun, Georgia. AdventHealth Gordon is a 69-bed, Level III trauma center and nonprofit acute care community hospital, part of the nationally recognized AdventHealth system. The position offers a variety of cases including general, orthopedic, neuro, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and pain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general and regional anesthesia for a wide range of cases including orthopedic, neuro, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and pain management.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures as needed.
• Ensure safe and effective post-anesthesia recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver high-quality care.
• Provide patient and family education on anesthesia and post-operative care.

• Competitive salary starting at $250,000, with potential to earn $300,000+ including sign-on and premium pay

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
• Active Georgia state RN and APRN licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• No weekend or holiday work required
• Collaborative, team-based environment with opportunities to perform at top of skill set
• Epic EMR system
