This full-time 1099 CRNA opportunity at Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, Hawaii offers a rare chance to practice in a truly independent model with no anesthesiologist supervision. This role is well-suited for an experienced, confident CRNA who values clinical autonomy, predictable scheduling, and a professionally run practice environment.

CRNAs in this practice work independently across obstetric and elective surgical services while benefiting from reliable anesthesiologist backup when needed and a collegial relationship with surgeons and hospital staff. The position includes a structured OB home call schedule paired with optional elective OR hours, allowing providers to tailor their workload and income.

The OB component consists of one 24-hour OB home call shift per week, along with one OB weekend every six weeks. In addition, CRNAs may elect to work approximately 20–30 hours per week in the operating room, depending on personal preference and availability. A post-call day off is typically provided, supporting sustainable work–life balance.

Compensation & Schedule

• Annual earning potential of approximately $300,000–$400,000
• Income varies based on elective OR hours worked
