Gila Regional Medical Center in Silver City, NM, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its all-CRNA team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services in an independent practice model
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create patient-specific care plans
• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and ensure smooth recovery
• Collaborate with hospital staff to maintain high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation of $350,000–$380,000
• $30,000 commencement/sign-on bonus
• 1099 independent contractor status with autonomy and tax advantages
