Job Description

Anesthesia Associates of Gainesville (AAG) is expanding and hiring full-time CRNAs for Northeast Georgia Health System. This large, long-established private practice offers exceptional compensation, flexible call structures, diverse case exposure, and one of the strongest anesthesiology teams in the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across hospitals, ambulatory centers, and a Level 1 trauma facility.
• Participate in flexible call options, including Day Call, Night Call, or OB Call (availability varies).
• Perform regional anesthesia as appropriate, including epidurals and line placement depending on team assignment.
• Support a wide range of surgical services with modern equipment and spacious ORs.
• Collaborate with a large, experienced anesthesia team across multiple Northeast Georgia facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $250,000–$320,000+ depending on schedule and experience.
• Premium pay available for extra shifts.
• Flexible call scheduling — choose preferred call dates.
• Day Call option includes only 4 weekends per year; additional weekends optional for added pay.
• Night Call option: 1 week on / 1 week off (as available).
• OB Call option with primarily OB cases.
• 6–8 weeks PTO.
• Profit-sharing 401(k).
• Cardiac team receives bonus for central line placement.
