Job Description

Atrium Health is expanding its Labor & Delivery anesthesia teams across the Greater Charlotte metropolitan area and is hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to support high-volume obstetric services. This opportunity offers a newly enhanced compensation structure, substantial incentive pay, and the ability to work across multiple hospitals within a large, integrated health system.

Compensation & Incentives

• New entry-level base salary starting at $215,996 annually
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Night shift incentive: $40,000 annually
• Weekend incentive: $20,000 annually
• Call incentive: $5,000 annually
• Annual compensation increases based on performance

Schedule & Work Environment

• Multiple shift options including 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts
• Call participation available based on site and preference
• OB and Labor & Delivery–focused clinical assignments
• Opportunity to participate in committees and teaching roles
• Exposure to SRNAs and allied health learners in academic settings

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for obstetric and labor & delivery patients
• Perform neuraxial techniques and manage OB-related anesthesia needs
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing teams
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• Active North Carolina RN and CRNA licensure
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
