Job Description

Atrium Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia teams across multiple facilities in the Greater Charlotte, NC region. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across Atrium’s hospitals and surgery centers
• Participate in diverse case types including general, cardiac, pediatrics, OB, neuro, ortho, and more
• Engage in teaching opportunities with allied health learners and SRNAs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams in a high-performing environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $204,443/year (for new graduates, with scale increases based on experience)
• $100,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia
• Current CRNA license
• Active North Carolina RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position across multiple Atrium Health facilities
• Day, afternoon, and weekend shift options available
• Negotiable first and second call responsibilities
