Job Description
Park Central Anesthesia is seeking experienced CRNAs to join our autonomous, team-based care model at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. Enjoy a flexible schedule, excellent compensation, and a supportive work environment in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for general, GYN/Urology, Ortho, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics cases
- Occasional support for Lithotripsy, MRI, IR, and Endoscopy
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a care team model
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 contractor position
- Annual compensation: $280,000 – $320,000
- Optional premium pay for nights, weekends, holidays, and call
Job Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA
- Comfortable practicing autonomously in a care team setting
Schedule & Work Environment
- Flexible shifts: 10- or 12-hour (Main OR), 12- or 24-hour (OB)
- No required call or weekends
- Work at a Level 1 Trauma Center with 10 Main OR suites
