Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care in both hospital and outpatient settings.
• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of cases including ortho, sports medicine, ENT, OB, general surgery, thoracic, EP/cath lab, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary anesthesia team of 16 CRNAs and 9 anesthesiologists.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to all clinical safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and team development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $190,000–$270,000 (W-2)
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification and Texas state licensure
• ACLS and BLS (within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum or no experience required (new grads welcome)
