Job Description

Box Butte General Hospital in Western Nebraska is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their all-CRNA practice at a critical access hospital. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care in a rural hospital setting
• Perform regional anesthesia and pain procedures
• Participate in call rotation (every 3rd or 4th day)
• Deliver patient-focused care while practicing at a high level of autonomy
• Contribute to quality initiatives such as the Billion Pill Pledge

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary from $260,000 to $330,000 (based on experience)
• 7 weeks off per year
• $30,000 sign-on bonus (3-year agreement)
• $10,000 relocation assistance
• $5,000 CME allowance
• Student loan repayment program
• Incentive pay for post-call days worked and out-of-hours pain procedures

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and active Nebraska license (or eligibility)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• Call every 3rd or 4th day with a 4-day weekend followed by 4 days off
