Job Description

Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, Alaska, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative and well-respected anesthesia team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, excluding craniotomies and cardiac surgeries
• Collaborate with a team of 5 anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs
• Participate in a home call schedule (approximately 1 in 10 days)
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety throughout the perioperative period

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary starting at $280,000
• Hospital-employed with a generous benefits package
• 12 weeks of vacation per year
• Light home call with post-call days off (rarely called in overnight)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active or eligible for Alaska RN and APRN licensure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Comfortable providing anesthesia for a wide range of surgical cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Home call approximately 1 in 10 days with light volume
• 12 weeks of vacation annually
