Job Description

Rush Oak Park Hospital is hiring full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its award-winning academic medical team in the western suburbs of Chicago. Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for a variety of inpatient and outpatient surgical cases
Work under the medical direction of anesthesiologists in a collaborative team model
Serve as a faculty member, mentoring and supervising SRNAs
Maintain safe, high-quality patient care throughout the anesthetic process

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $250,000 – $350,000
Sign-on bonus available
Eligible for SRNA Grant and Illinois Nurse Educator Loan Repayment (up to $5,000/year)
403(b) with 100% employer match up to 6% + 457(b) available
Full medical, dental, vision, parental leave, disability, and fertility coverage ($50,000 benefit cap)
208 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays
Continuing Education: $2,000/year CME, $1,500 license/certification reimbursement every 3 years

Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Current Illinois RN/APN license
Active CPR and ACLS certifications

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts
No in-house call; pager call is minimal and paid
Academic and community hospital setting with strong support for work-life balance
