Clinician-Led CRNA Position at Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe in Rowlett, Texas. Symmetry Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a clinician-led, transparent anesthesia practice at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe in Rowlett, Texas. This practice operates under a well-structured care team model with a maximum 1:4 MD-to-CRNA ratio, ensuring appropriate support without compromising autonomy. The case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, and obstetrics, with no pediatrics and no trauma responsibilities.

Compensation is straightforward and transparent, with a W-2 base salary ranging from $230,000 to $260,000 depending on experience. Additional work is compensated fairly, and optional call opportunities are paid separately—no mandatory call requirements. CRNAs enjoy eight weeks of paid vacation, immediate 401(k) eligibility with up to a 4% employer match, and multiple medical plan options including fully covered employee premiums or a monthly family plan stipend.
