Job Description

Lincoln Hospital, part of the MaineHealth system, is seeking two full-time CRNAs to join a collaborative anesthesia team in Damariscotta, Maine. This is a rare opportunity to practice in a coastal community with an emphasis on work-life balance and patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, endoscopy (in OR), ENT, podiatry, and ophthalmology
• Deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient anesthesia care
• Work collaboratively with surgical and perioperative teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $250,000 – $260,000

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certified by the Council of Recertification of AANA
• Eligible for APRN licensure in the State of Maine
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Two years of CRNA experience preferred (new grads welcome)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position at a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Supportive, patient-centered anesthesia environment
• Located in scenic Damariscotta, Maine with excellent quality of life
