Job Description
Columbia Anesthesia Group (CAG) is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our well-established private practice in Vancouver, WA. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, a supportive care team model, and a diverse caseload in a dynamic hospital setting. CRNAs will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and medical staff to provide high-quality anesthesia care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, and OB.
- Participate in the care team model alongside anesthesiologists and medical staff.
- Administer and manage anesthesia before, during, and after procedures.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia as necessary to maintain stability and comfort.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management support as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $270,000 – $290,000 annually
- Full-time position with W-2 employment status

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Active Washington CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficiency in general and orthopedic anesthesia procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule
- OR and OB cases
- Care team model with MD supervision
- Some trauma cases included
