Job Description

Columbia Anesthesia Group (CAG) is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our well-established private practice in Vancouver, WA. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, a supportive care team model, and a diverse caseload in a dynamic hospital setting. CRNAs will work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and medical staff to provide high-quality anesthesia care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, and OB.
  • Participate in the care team model alongside anesthesiologists and medical staff.
  • Administer and manage anesthesia before, during, and after procedures.
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia as necessary to maintain stability and comfort.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management support as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $270,000 – $290,000 annually

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Active Washington CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Proficiency in general and orthopedic anesthesia procedures
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time schedule
  • OR and OB cases
  • Care team model with MD supervision
  • Some trauma cases included
