Job Description

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking full-time CRNAs to join their large, high-acuity anesthesia team serving AdventHealth Orlando and additional Central Florida campuses. This role offers an exceptionally broad clinical practice, strong scheduling flexibility, guaranteed hours, and newly increased compensation with a $75,000 sign-on bonus. CRNAs will work within a collaborative anesthesia care team supporting a wide range of surgical specialties across one of Florida’s largest hospital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care across multiple AdventHealth facilities
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and implement anesthesia plans
• Deliver anesthesia for general, transplant, neuro, ortho, OB, and subspecialty procedures
• Participate in advanced service lines including pediatrics and cardiac (optional)
• Monitor patients throughout perioperative care and respond to changes in status
• Collaborate within a large, well-structured care team environment

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification
• Eligible for Florida CRNA licensure
• Comfort with a broad mix of case types
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large care team

• Full-time W-2 position
• 32, 36, and 40-hour schedules available
• No overnight call requirements
