Job Description
US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking full-time CRNAs to join their large, high-acuity anesthesia team serving AdventHealth Orlando and additional Central Florida campuses. This role offers an exceptionally broad clinical practice, strong scheduling flexibility, guaranteed hours, and newly increased compensation with a $75,000 sign-on bonus. CRNAs will work within a collaborative anesthesia care team supporting a wide range of surgical specialties across one of Florida’s largest hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care across multiple AdventHealth facilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and implement anesthesia plans
- Deliver anesthesia for general, transplant, neuro, ortho, OB, and subspecialty procedures
- Participate in advanced service lines including pediatrics and cardiac (optional)
- Monitor patients throughout perioperative care and respond to changes in status
- Collaborate within a large, well-structured care team environment
Compensation & Benefits

- Guaranteed hours with flexible scheduling (32, 36, or 40-hour workweeks)

Job Requirements
- CRNA certification
- Eligible for Florida CRNA licensure
- Comfort with a broad mix of case types
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large care team
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 position
- 32, 36, and 40-hour schedules available
- No overnight call requirements
