Job Description
Banner Health Community Hospital in Torrington, Colorado is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a private practice anesthesia group. This full-time opportunity offers a unique 1 week on / 1 week off rotation, providing exceptional work-life balance while maintaining a strong income structure.
CRNAs will practice independently in a rural hospital setting, managing a diverse case mix including adult, OB, and some pediatric cases. This role is ideal for providers comfortable with autonomous practice and regional anesthesia techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, OB, and general cases
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
- Provide spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia including nerve blocks
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
- Deliver post-anesthesia care and recovery monitoring
- Practice independently without medical direction
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation of $375,000 for 26 working weeks
- 1099 independent contractor status
- Flexible scheduling with 1 week on / 1 week off rotation

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- NBCRNA certification required or in process (negotiable)
- Active Wyoming state license required
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Experience or comfort with regional anesthesia and OB preferred
- New graduates considered on a case-by-case basis
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time 1099 position
- 1 week on / 1 week off rotation
- First call every other night during working weeks
- No second call responsibilities
- Independent CRNA practice model with no medical direction
- Case mix includes mostly adult patients with some OB and pediatric cases
- Approximately 75 deliveries per year
- Rural community hospital setting
