Job Description

This full-time CRNA opportunity with Seven Hills Anesthesia offers the chance to join the largest independent anesthesia practice in the Tri-State region. The TriHealth Division provides coverage across diverse clinical environments, including two major hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, eye centers, and orthopedic facilities. CRNAs enjoy a highly autonomous practice model with anesthesiologist supervision when needed, alongside a collaborative and supportive team culture. A broad caseload—including OB, neuro, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, and ophthalmic—ensures ongoing professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent anesthesia care across various inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized anesthetic plans
• Provide anesthesia coverage for OB, neuro, general surgery, ortho, vascular, gynecology, ENT, thoracic, and ophthalmology cases
• Participate in call or select no-call schedules based on preference and availability
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs in a supportive practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employment with competitive compensation ranging from $220,000 to $360,000+
• $100,000 sign-on bonus with 3-year commitment
• 15% profit-sharing program

• Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA and RN licensure in Ohio
• NBCRNA certification
• Ability to work independently in a variety of surgical specialties
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
