Job Description

We are seeking full-time CRNAs to support their expanding services across multiple hospitals and surgery centers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Enjoy a true lifestyle position with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in hospital and outpatient surgery center settings
  • Deliver high-quality, safe anesthesia for a variety of bread-and-butter cases
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Up to $270,000 annual compensation (commensurate with experience)
  • 6 weeks of vacation
  • CME reimbursement
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Subsidized medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
  • Total package value of approximately $275,000/year

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in outpatient and hospital settings preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time role with no call, weekends, nights, or holidays
  • Typical cases include general surgery, orthopedics, spine, GI/Endo, and ophthalmology
  • Work across multiple facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
