Job Description

We are seeking full-time CRNAs to support their expanding services across multiple hospitals and surgery centers throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Enjoy a true lifestyle position with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care in hospital and outpatient surgery center settings
Deliver high-quality, safe anesthesia for a variety of bread-and-butter cases
Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $270,000 annual compensation (commensurate with experience)
6 weeks of vacation
CME reimbursement
401(k) with company contribution
Paid malpractice insurance
Subsidized medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
Total package value of approximately $275,000/year

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
Experience in outpatient and hospital settings preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time role with no call, weekends, nights, or holidays
Typical cases include general surgery, orthopedics, spine, GI/Endo, and ophthalmology
Work across multiple facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
