Job Description

Private practice group seeking a full-time CRNA to serve as Chief CRNA at an eye surgery center in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with no call, no weekends, and minimal sedation cases. Ideal for CRNAs who value autonomy, consistency, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for ophthalmology procedures
  • Solo CRNA role without medical direction
  • Coordinate provider schedule and perform light administrative duties as Chief CRNA

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated annual income: $310,000–$330,000
  • $200/hour with 8-hour daily guarantee
  • Fridays off
  • No weekends or call responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Independent practice capability
  • Comfortable working solo in a surgery center setting

Schedule & Work Environment

  • 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
  • Eye center focused exclusively on ophthalmologic cases
  • Definite job with immediate start available
