Sunset Anesthesia is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their private practice team at East Valley Endoscopy in Mesa, Arizona. This 1099 position offers a focused GI caseload, consistent weekday schedule, and an outstanding work-life balance.
- Facility: Sunset Anesthesia / East Valley Endoscopy
- Address: 6020 E Arbor Ave, Mesa, AZ 85206
- Schedule: 4-day work weeks, 46 weeks/year. Optional 5th day at flat rate. No nights, no weekends, no call.
- Case Type: Propofol-based anesthesia for GI endoscopy procedures
- Compensation: $230,000–$240,000 annually
- Overtime: $150/hour after 40 hours/week
- Optional 5th Day: $1,500 flat rate
- Experience: GI/Endoscopy experience preferred
- Credentialing: 30–45 days
- Employment Type: 1099 – Independent Contractor
