Job Description

District Medical Group, Inc. (DMG), one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their esteemed anesthesia team. This position provides exposure to a wide scope of practice, including regional blocks, pediatric anesthesia, burns, trauma, and obstetrics. The CRNA will work within a collaborative, team-based environment at a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including trauma and pediatric cases
• Perform preoperative assessments and create individualized anesthesia care plans
• Provide regional anesthesia and blocks as needed
• Monitor patient responses during and after procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs
• Current Arizona CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
