Job Description

Anesthesia Associates of Rock Hill is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our expanding private practice serving two facilities in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, South Carolina. Located in the charming suburbs of south Charlotte, this position offers excellent work-life balance with immediate PTO and a variety of shift options to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill and Fort Mill
• Handle a range of outpatient and inpatient cases, including trauma and general surgery
• Work collaboratively with a supportive physician-owned anesthesia group
• Participate in call and heart team duties (optional, additional pay)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range from $200,000 to $230,000 (new grads) up to $280,000 (experienced)
• $30,000 sign-on bonus (paid over 3 years)
• 6 weeks of paid time off starting immediately

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time W-2 position

• Guaranteed hours with no mandatory peel out
• Call participation is optional and compensated
