Job Description

Park Central Anesthesia is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their collaborative care team at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, excellent autonomy, and premium pay options for weekend, holiday, overnight, and call shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for general, GYN/urology, orthopedic, ENT, plastics, and robotic cases
Support occasional coverage in lithotripsy, MRI, IR, and endoscopy
Work collaboratively within a care team model promoting CRNA autonomy
Perform anesthesia services Monday–Friday with no required call or weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Annual income between $280,000 and $320,000 (1099 model)
Opportunity for premium pay for weekend, holiday, overnight, and call shifts
Flexible scheduling options with 10-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Eligible for licensure in Arizona
Strong ability to work independently in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting

Schedule & Work Environment

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule
10- or 12-hour shifts in the main OR
12- or 24-hour shifts in OB
No mandatory call or weekend shifts
