Job Description

Healthier Mississippi Clinical Services (HMCS), the preferred staffing provider for the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC), is hiring a full-time CRNA in Jackson, Mississippi. This is a W-2 position offering excellent compensation, benefits, and long-term career growth in a respected academic medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate within a care team model in a hospital setting
• Support safe, efficient perioperative care at a leading Mississippi healthcare facility

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $200,000–$230,000 annually
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• W-2 position with full benefits
• Paid health insurance, 401(k), and annual raises
• CME allowance and 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in Mississippi
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
