Job Description

Anesthesia Medical Group is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its collaborative and close-knit team at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee. This position offers a generous tuition assistance or sign-on bonus package and the opportunity to work in a supportive, high-volume environment with a diverse case mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a care team model across hospital and ASC settings
• Participate in a variety of surgical procedures within a diverse case mix
• Collaborate with a team of 25 CRNAs and 6 anesthesiologists
• Ensure safe and effective anesthesia care for patients across multiple ORs and facilities

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Graduating SRNAs are welcome to apply
• Eligible for licensure in Tennessee

Schedule & Work Environment

• Facility: Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville
• 180-bed facility with 12 ORs and 2 surgery centers
• Case volume: ~15,000 cases/year
• Team environment with strong emphasis on work-life balance
